Cloud Support Team

School Tech Team cloud support was designed to help with your districts technology needs. Our trained and friendly staff can assist with issues and requests. Help requests can be submitted via a web form, phone call, or email. We even make it easy to schedule help between learning periods or at another convenient time.

School Tech Team uses cutting edge technology tools to make supporting your users from the cloud simple. A majority of all request and issues are resolved from the cloud quickly. Making changes to hundreds or even thousands of devices simultaneously is common place.

School Tech Team hires people who care and believe in making a difference. We are constantly training our staff to be better techs.

All help requests are followed by a satisfaction survey after completion. The survey is simple and helps us maintain the highest level of customer service. School Tech Team techs are rewarded for completing requests in a timely manner.

District staff will have access to our customer portal. The portal will have real time statistics for current and past help requests, top categories, frequently asked questions, current system status and more. Manager access is also available to oversee all tickets for your whole district.

Statistics from your district's help requests will be forwarded to our experts for evaluation. Common and recurring incidents will be addressed and mitigated permanently.

School Tech Team understands that interrupted teaching time is unacceptable. We are constantly working on developing self-help tools and expediting requests to make it easy to keep interruptions to a minimum.
